All of our coffee is roasted to order every Monday/Tuesday by Resident Coffee in Gainesville and shipped to us following day. We will then fulfill your order in person locally, or ship directly to you. Please allow 2-3 weeks for this process depending on the timing of your order. Orders placed after Sunday are roasted the following week. Contact us for details about the status of your order!
